Aijia Food stands as a leading modern food processing enterprise, specializing in juice jams, frozen fruits and vegetables, as well as dehydrated and dried products. Spanning a robust 37,000-square-meter production area complemented by a 68,000-square-meter refrigerated storage capacity, our facilities are designed to handle large-scale operations efficiently. We operate multiple rapid freezing production lines, boasting an impressive annual production capacity of 30,000 tons, supported by additional storage and support facilities capable of accommodating over 10,000 tons. Our production adheres to international standards for cleanliness and sterility. Additionally, Aijia Food houses a professional research and development center dedicated to juice beverages and frozen foods, alongside an advanced facility for microbiological analysis and testing, ensuring top quality across our product range.

Equipment
Aijia boasts world-class production facilities, featuring an entirely stainless steel workplace equipped with state-of-the-art RO water systems. The majority of our production machinery is imported from Japan, including one of the most modern and energy-efficient separation systems available today, utilizing RO technology with CIP cleaning for optimal performance.
Environment
Our ultra-clean production environment includes a 400-square-meter packaging workshop and an IQF fast freezing workshop. We operate a dedicated frozen fruit and vegetable production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons, alongside two additional production lines for beverages, jams, and juices, and one line for soft cans.
Quality Control
At Aijia, maintaining the highest standards of quality is paramount. We hold a food production license, an export food registration certificate, and FSSC22000 accreditation, among other credentials. Our robust quality control system emphasizes GMP operation and management to ensure the safety and excellence of our products.

Our production line is outfitted with state-of-the-art cutting machines, including URSCHEL from the United States, EMURA from Japan, and Daqiao, enhancing our processing capabilities. With an annual output capacity of 10,000 tons and an IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) rate of 3 tons per hour at temperatures as low as -33°C, we are equipped to handle substantial volumes efficiently. Our facility includes a 400 square meter packaging workshop, allowing us to produce a wide range of frozen product formats such as chips, strips, dice, julienne, and ripple cuts. We tailor product specifications and packaging to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring flexibility and client satisfaction.
